Geology & Geophysics encompass the entire spectrum of the study of our planet including, but not limited to, the geological and biological materials of which the Earth is made; the physical forces that act on the solid Earth, rivers, lakes and oceans; the history of the planet; and its past,present and future environments. The School of Earth, Ocean & Environment (SEOE) houses a diverse group of faculty whose research and teaching encompasses the traditional geoscience disciplines alongside emerging fields of inquiry.
